Conferences will take place on Thursday, January 15 and Tuesday, January 20 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Students will have school on both of the conference days.
Conferences will be 15 minutes in length and will be with your child's K - 5 classroom teacher or the Advisory teacher for Middle School students. If you are not able to meet with a teacher during the times set aside, or if you need more time, feel free to contact the teacher to set up an alternate conference time that works for both of you. Parents of Middle School students who would prefer to schedule a conference with any of your child's other teachers are also invited to schedule a conference directly with the teacher at an alternate time (not on the designated conference days). Parents should also keep in mind that they are encouraged to schedule a conference at any time during the school year if there are concerns or questions. Scheduled telephone conferences are also an option.
Only one scheduling form is needed per family. Your youngest child at SCCS will be bringing home a form this Thursday; however, you can also print your own scheduling form from the website. Please return the form to the teacher of your youngest child at SCCS by Friday, December 19. Confirmation of your conference times will be sent home on Thursday, January 8.
