Maintenance Requested to please open gym doors promptly at 6PM. No earlier.

Notes from Event Planning Sheet added by Tawny 11/24/25:

Prior to Program Risers set up on stage by Monday, 11/24/25 at 10am. Day of Program Keyboard set up in Gym by noon. Gym will be available for chair set up at 2:30pm. Set-up must be completed by 5pm. Notes from 2024 students will come down from classrooms right before the show. Grades K-2 student seating between the wall and white line on South side of gym, perpendicular to the stage Preschool 2 on floor in front of the stage as will join in last song number from the floor pull out the bleachers and fill the rest of the space with as many chairs as possible. Chair Set Up 18 rows of 23 seats. 10 chairs stage left to center were over the white line by chair count 4 *please do not cross white line on South side of gym, perpendicular to stage, as students will be sitting on the ground there 13 chairs stage right starting at blue line That is 414 chairs. 4 rows of the church chairs up front Two more carts of church chairs in back of the facility which were placed after doors opened as 10 chairs against wall at angle behind curtain, 24 chairs as additional 19th row, 34 chairs along back wall, 4 chairs in back rows in aisle toward bleacher All the bleachers pulled out for 136 seats There is a center aisle too. 2 chairs by the sound system with 3-4 people standing 20+ students on the floor between chairs and preschool on the floor.... 5-10 people standing in entry way to gym at any time. Offered 3 open chairs seen but no takers

Maintenance Staff Clean Up/Breakdown:

Chairs: put away by 8am following day (could have parents stack chairs following program) Keyboard: return to music room by 8am following day Risers: taken down by Friday, 12/5/25, end of day
