2020-2021 Alumni in the Spotlight

St. Croix Catholic produces graduates with the knowledge and tools to excel at Chesterton Academy of the St. Croix Valley. Here is the latest example of academic excellence.

 

SCCS Alumni news from Chesterton Academy of the St. Croix Valley: On June 5, Chesterton graduated its first class, including three SCCS alumni: Leo Loomis, Thomas O'Malley and Dominic Romportl.

 

Congratulations to Chesterton graduate Leo Loomis, for receiving the school's highest academic honor, the Socrates Award, for academic excellence in all areas across the 4 year curriculum and graduating Summa Cum Laude. Congratulations to Chesterton graduate Dominic Romportl, for receiving the Mathematics Award for superior academic achievement and graduating Magna Cum Laude.

 

SCCS alumni also receiving awards are Chesterton Sophomore, Elli Doll receiving the Science Award for superior academic achievement, and Freshmen, Andrew Droske, for receiving the Freshman Award for academic excellence in all areas.

All of the following students earned Academic Honors for academic achievement, in addition to the following awards at Chesterton Academy of the St. Croix Valley 2019-2020.

Leo Loomis: Received the Junior Science Award and the Junior Math Award for excellence in each area.
 
Class of 2018(sophomores):
Katie Keller: Received the Sophomore Humanities Award and Latin Cum Laude Award.

William Oakes: Received the Sophomore Science Award and Excellence in Writing.
