New this year, a Take-a-Chance themed basket activity will provide direct support back to your child(ren)'s classroom(s). But, we need your help! Each of our 10 grade levels, Preschool-Grade 8, will be asked to contribute a themed basket (such as Winter Sports, All Things MN, or A Taste of Fall) to the Take-a-Chance activity. A grade level coordinator is needed to brainstorm a theme, communicate with families of that grade level, collect item or dollars contributions, and assemble the basket. We would like these baskets well underway before the end of the school year. Thus, we need grade level basket coordinators determined as soon as possible. We are still seeking coordinators for Grades 4-8. Please contact Annie Cashman, [email protected] or 651.600.0223 if you can commit to being a basket coordinator for your child's grade level. Note, for those grades that have two sections, the two sections will work together in creating a larger basket. We are aiming for baskets to be valued from $200 - $500.
