St. Croix Catholic School proudly hosts a chapter of the National Junior Honor Society. The society is open to eighth graders only, and is a great opportunity to show initiative and service in our community.
In evaluating potential members, the NJHS focuses on the attributes of scholarship, leadership, service, citizenship, and character. The SCCS chapter collaborates with the SCCS Student Council to organize school and community service projects. Individual members also contribute service hours to the local community.
Our induction ceremony for our eight new 2014 - 2015 members was held on Wednesday, November 12: Bridget Kaari, Ben Valerius, Sydney Eiselt, Elizabeth Campbell,Megan Lampright, Ana Hughes, Mikayala Gorman, Anthony Ternes.
