St. Croix Catholic School's Creative Kids Club Extended Day program provides a safe, caring and fun environment for elementary school aged children. Emphasis is placed on social, emotional and physical development.
We offer before-school care from 7:00 a.m. until 7:40 a.m. to supervise children before school and after-school care from 2:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Our child care program is not available on days when school is closed such as teacher workshop days, for emergencies such as snow days, or on holidays. CKC Before & After School Care only runs on days on which school is in session.
In the afternoon, children will be dismissed from their classroom to the CKC classroom at 2:35 p.m. All students must be picked up by 5:00 p.m.
NOTE: Any child not picked up from school by 2:45pm on a given school day will be send to CKC and parents will be charged for the Drop-In Care rate for that day.
Drop-off and pick-up are done by buzzing in at the gym door. The CKC Coordinator will remotely unlock the door, so you can enter through the left door. You can then make your way to the CKC classroom, Room 103.
✅ Weekly Registration
To qualify for lower daily rates, your Weekly Registration Form & Payment, (which will open at 8am on Mondays), must be submitted by Friday at noon for the following week:
· Before School Care – $10 per child
· After School Care – $20 per child
Refunds or credits are not issued for absences (illness or change of plans). Refunds or credit will be issued for days on which school is closed/delayed (i.e. inclement weather).
📝 Drop-In Care/Late Registration
If registering after the Friday deadline, use this Drop-In Registration Form & Payment. Drop-In rates apply:
· Before School Care – $12 per child/day
· After School Care – $23 per child/day
⏰ Late Pick-Up Fees
· Pick-up after 5pm: $5.00 per child for every 5 minutes
🔑 Reminders
· Submit forms on time to receive lower fees.
· Use the Drop-In Care Form if you miss the Friday noon deadline.
· Plan ahead to avoid additional fees.
Children are to be signed up by Friday at noon prior to the week care is needed.
