FALL 2023 STEM CHALLENGE TEAM REGISTRATION FORM

Due to the limited number of team member spaces, students will need to apply by filling out this combined APPLICATION & REGISTRATION form.

SCCS will form a STEM Challenge Team (formerly LEGO League) for 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade boys and girls. This team will participate in the Minnesota High Tech Kids First LEGO League Challenge. Meetings will begin at the end of August with typically one meeting per week. Times and days will depend on the+6 availability of coaches. The Competition will be scheduled by High Tech Kids once all teams are formed and registered. The Competition is expected to take place in late November or early December.

Cost for participation on the team is $150. Payment will be paid upon a student's acceptance to the team: Please make checks payable to: SCCS with “STEM Team” on the memo line. For anyone in financial need, please do not hesitate to call the school office for confidential assistance.
